MOE Restoration Services prides itself on providing the best emergency catering and logistical services in the country. Since the aftermath of Hurricane Andrew in 1992, we have been deployed to every major storm in Florida.  In 2005, as a result of Hurricanes Katrina, Rita, & Wilma; 5 sites were running simultaneously from Florida to Louisiana and Texas. Most recently in 2016, in Hurricane Matthew relief, we provided catering services to a government resource center in Orlando.  This consisted of a main base site, and a varying, daily additional 5 satellite sites.  Head counts varied from 500-1200 people, hourly at times, due to uncertainty from the government on crew size.  We embraced the situation, and prepared accordingly.  All sites were staffed by our team members; and ran flawlessly.

Colonel David Dysart. Assisted with the development, planning and project management of the first Humanitarian Aid Center (HAC)in Kuwait. The HAC coordinated with Non-Governmental Organizations (NGO) and Governmental Organizations (GO) responding to civil, military and environmental concerns to maximize limited resources in support of U.S. Military and Coalition missions, goals and objectives.
